we see our packs mostly help the elderly and occasions those who are particularly vulnerable to low temperatures our packs are free to help those in harsh conditions
Fuel Bank Support Scheme
No-one should ever have to make the decision between heating and eating.
With the recent energy price hikes along with cost of living being at its highest in 30 years we are responding to the crisis many households are faced with
During these turbulent times we are working in partnership with the fuelbank foundation
Garnsychan Fuel bank can support residents at risk of "disconnection" of their pre-payment meter through an emergency voucher to top up the gas or electric with a payment of £49 during the months of October through March and £30 during April through September.
The support is available to residents of the Abersychan Talywain and Garndiffaith area irrespective of circumstances.

Costume bank

Garnsychan Partnership provide a costume borrowing service for local residents
Fancy dress, school dress up days or children's parties. Residents can simply borrow the varieties of costumes that we have within our wellbeing hub and return when they have finished with the item
Costumes are not an affordable purchase these days and our ethos as an organisation is to reduce landfill where possible and to encourage reuse where possible. Our costume bank is a perfect way to reduce textiles reaching the waste stream and save people money all at the same time.
